That's so sad, it's bad enough he was battling with mental illness but to now kill himself? Pastor Rick Warren's son Matthew committed suicide today at 27 after all efforts to heal his lifelong mental illness failed.
The Pastor sent an emotional e-mail to the members of his church, Saddleback Church:
"No words can express the anguished grief we feel right now," Warren
wrote. "Our youngest son, Matthew, age 27, and a lifelong member of
Saddleback, died today."
